BOP Achieves Investor In People Status
We are pleased to announce that Brighton Oasis Project has been awarded the Investors in People Standard again. We are now accredited until the year 2020.
Since BOP’s start in 1993, it has grown considerably in terms of the variety of provision of services for women and children affected by substance misuse. Our Adult Services Teams, based in Brighton and across East Sussex provides a range of of structured and unstructured support services, including drop-ins, key-work and group-work, a relationship support programme, and access to learning opportunities for women, as well as some men. There is also a therapeutic service children and young people affected by familial substance misuse and a thriving crèche. As a unique provider of these services, BOP and its clients are regularly involved in national research projects, and invited to speak at conferences and training events around the country.
Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
